Oh my god…
We seriously can’t get enough of this dish and will have it at least once a fortnight but to be honest, we’d have it every day if that wouldn’t make us farting weirdos!
I keep it super simple but you can go nuts with what you add to it – capsicum, chilli, coriander (yuk) whatever tickles you! Serve it with some homemade guac, salsa and ice cold beers for a summer evening treat!
This recipe is perfect to make for a feast with friend and family and it freezes really well too! I freeze it all made up (sour cream and cheese included) before baking it in the oven. By putting it in freezer & oven safe containers, you can chuck it straight in to bake after a big day.
